Services To Enhance Potential (STEP) is a non-profit organization that provides support and services to more than 1,100 individuals with disabilities and mental health needs residing in Wayne County. Through innovative programs such as STEP FORWARD, STEP in the Kitchen, Progressive Art Studio Collective (PASC), and hands-on training at our three STEP Thrift Store & Donation Centers, STEP creates meaningful opportunities for individuals of all abilities to learn, grow, contribute, and thrive.
