Behavioral Technician
The Behavior Technician plays a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those on the autism spectrum. This position involves implementing behavioral therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The Behavior Technician will work closely with children and their families to promote positive behavioral changes and enhance their quality of life.
