Spravato Technician - Full Tine

We are a busy out-patient Mental Health office in Livonia in need of full-time person to help provide direct patient care in the Spravato clinic under direct supervision of licensed personnel. College degree preferred but will train the right person. Must pass background check. Please send resume to gerriy@mycruzclinic.com.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer Spravato treatments in accordance with physician protocols
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment, ensuring patient comfort and proper setup
• Build rapport with patients and provide ongoing emotional support throughout their treatment journey
• Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure and patient reactions during sessions
• Administer and review psychiatric rating scales, guiding patients as needed
• Maintain accurate session notes, schedule appointments, and manage insurance authorizations using EMR systems
• Schedule appointments, answering phone calls and assist with general clinic duties as needed.
