Client & Business Development Representative (Direct Sales Representative)
Job Overview:
We are a growing Staffing and Human Resources Solution organization offering a full suite of Staffing and HR services and solutions. We are seeking a dynamic Client and Business Development Representative to join our team and cultivate new business and build great client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through strategic outbound sales efforts. They will need to be a driven and self-motivated Sales and Business Development Associate to:
- Seek out and secure business with accounts which need viable talent and staffing solutions.
- Focus on high-volume staffing accounts as well as high-margin, local and national businesses.
- Increase our market share and profitability,
- Achieve sales metrics and goals.
- Build and develop proposals and pricing models.
- Conduct warm calling to prospective clients to introduce our products/services
- Utilize inside sales techniques to engage potential customers
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM to track leads and opportunities
- Utilize Avionte as your CRM to track leads and opportunities
- Research and analyze market trends to identify potential growth areas
- Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue goals
- Experience in business development or related field
- Proficiency in warm calling and outbound calling techniques
- Strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software
- Ability to analyze market data and identify opportunities for growth
- Experience in technology sales is a plus
- Proven aptitude to offer strategic consultative support to customers, collaborating on solutions to meet client staffing or HR needs.
- Demonstrated proficiency in effectively collaborating, networking, cultivating business development, and building relationships with key stakeholders and prospects, internally and externally.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation capabilities using solid communication skills.
- Possess current knowledge of competitive trends and market conditions to drive strategies and partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration (preferred not required)
- Seeking a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in staffing or in a service industry, in a B2B or outside sales capacity.
