Marketing Coordinator - Greener Method Cleaning & Restoration
Location: Westland, MI (On-site)
Salary: $40,000-$45,000 + Performance Bonuses

About Us
Greener Method is Southeast Michigan's leading eco-friendly cleaning and restoration company. Since 2011, we've served over 6,000 clients using 100% biodegradable products. We're a IICRC certified firm and growing fast - but we need help with our marketing to keep up with demand.
What You'll Do (Your 3 Main Priorities)

1. Social Media Consistency - Create and manage daily content across platforms (primarily Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & TikTok)
2. Website Updates - Optimize our site for SEO and lead generation
3. Video Content Coordination - Work with freelancers to produce ads and educational content

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop content calendars and post consistently
• Respond to social media comments and engage with local community groups
• Update website copy and optimize for local SEO
• Coordinate video production projects
• Track lead generation metrics and report on marketing ROI
• Support event participation and networking activities

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years marketing experience (entry-level candidates welcome)
• Social media management experience
• Basic understanding of SEO and website optimization
• Strong written communication skills
• Experience with content creation tools
• Interest in sustainability/eco-friendly business practices
