We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing internal client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored cybersecurity solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with internal clients to ensure their cybersecurity needs are met.
- Develop and implement account strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality cybersecurity solutions and services.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients and management.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
- Prepare and present reports on account status, sales performance, and client feedback.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
