Child and Adolescent Therapist
Looking for passionate therapists to join my team! At Blackbird Counseling Center, I'm looking to add therapists to my group who are compassionate, kind, and driven to succeed. Not only is it about providing mental health services to those in need, but also about professional development and growth within this position that allows clinicians to work independently but also efficiently in a professional setting. So often, the goal at various clinics is for therapists to see as many clients as possible to generate as much income as possible, but here at Blackbird Counseling Center, I want to focus on therapist needs and creating an environment that makes everyone succeed--clients and therapists alike! Individuals will be hired as independent contractors who are paid via a split fee reimbursement agreement for their services. The split fee starts at 60%, and maxes out at 75% for clinicians who perform well and meet expectations. Therapists can work in office, virtually via telehealth sessions, or a hybrid of both. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mental health care, with experience in various therapeutic modalities. This role involves providing high-quality mental health services to individuals, including children, adolescents, and families, through both in-person and telehealth sessions. The therapist will work collaboratively with clients to assess their needs and develop effective treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances. Candidates must have LLP, LPC, LSW, LP or TLLP to be hired. We really need therapists who are willing to work with children/adolescents.
