Senior Commercial Cleaner - Woodhaven, MI

Do you love to clean?  Exclusive Cleaning Services (ECS) has a need for a part-time Senior Commercial Cleaner for a downriver movie theater.  As a Senior Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring our client's facilities are clean and well maintained.  Tasks include, but are not limited to the following:

• Cleaning auditoriums including behind and under seating.
• Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms.
• Sweeping and mopping floors.
• Vacuuming.
• Emptying trash.
• Adherence to safety standards and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

The target for this position is 20-25 hours.  Shifts will start around midnight and continue until about 5 am.  Cleaning experience is required.  Reliability and dependability is a must. 

Qualifications include:

• MUST be able to use a backpack vacuum 4-5 hours per shift.
• MUST be available weekends.
• Possess the ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Can follow directions and receive constructive feedback.
