Combining the premium service & hospitality standards of an elite restaurant and a layout optimized for flexibility, discretion and convenience.
Position Overview:
We are seeking two Part-Time Front Desk / Guest Experience Associates to join our team. This role is the first impression of Laurel Manor—ideal for someone who is friendly, polished, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while supporting daily front desk operations and ensuring smooth communication throughout the building.
Schedule:
- Part-time: 3 days per week (8-hour shifts)
- Must include Saturdays
- Additional weekday availability preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome all guests, clients, and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls, including transferring calls and paging staff as needed
- Direct vendors, deliveries, and guests to appropriate locations within the venue
- Provide general front desk and administrative support
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area
- Support internal team communication to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Assist with additional tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and general office systems)
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on guest experience
