Combining the premium service & hospitality standards of an elite restaurant and a layout optimized for flexibility, discretion and convenience. 

Position Overview:
We are seeking two Part-Time Front Desk / Guest Experience Associates to join our team. This role is the first impression of Laurel Manor—ideal for someone who is friendly, polished, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while supporting daily front desk operations and ensuring smooth communication throughout the building.

Schedule:

  • Part-time: 3 days per week (8-hour shifts)
  • Must include Saturdays
  • Additional weekday availability preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome all guests, clients, and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls, including transferring calls and paging staff as needed
  • Direct vendors, deliveries, and guests to appropriate locations within the venue
  • Provide general front desk and administrative support
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area
  • Support internal team communication to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Assist with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and general office systems)
  • Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on guest experience
