We are seeking a skilled carpenter, experienced in framing, acoustical ceiling installation, drywall, and the installation of commercial doors and windows. This role involves working on residential, commercial, and hospitality remodel & renovation projects, with out-of-state travel at times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Frame walls, ceilings, and other structural components.
• Install acoustical ceilings in commercial spaces.
• Hang, tape, and finish drywall.
• Install doors, windows, and associated hardware.
• Install cabinetry, tile, stairs.
• Contribute to residential and commercial remodel and renovation projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
• Travel out of state as needed for specific projects.

Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial carpentry.
• Expertise in framing, acoustical ceilings, drywall, doors, and windows.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel as required.
• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Essential Physical & Cognitive Requirements

• Continuous lifting, pulling, pushing of objects
• Ability to individually lift and/or carry 50lbs
• Ability to multi-task, read, write, calculate data have reliable & predictable attendance
