Administrative Assistant/Transaction Coordinator

Remerica United Realty is looking for a part-time front desk employee available to work 16-24hrs per week at our Brighton location. Consistent days and hours. Your main duties will be answering phones and emails, assisting agents with our software programs and their closings. Front desk experience preferred but we are happy to train! You’ll always have the support of our Novi office if anything comes up that need’s clarification. Computer and phone etiquette are a must. Business casual dress code.

CCM-Description

We are looking for an organized, full-time Administrative Assistant/Transaction Coordinator to join our real estate sales team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of seller/buyer transactions, preparing listing information, obtaining necessary signatures for listing agreements, and managing the MLS listings and social media postings. In addition, you’ll coordinate closings for our listings and buyers and everything task involved. You will keep track of the sales activity in the database. This is a key role that requires a 'take charge' type of person. The right candidate will be outgoing, organized, goal-driven, and results-oriented. Responsibilities

· Create and maintain drip campaigns

· Assist the Broker with office training on systems

· Assist the Broker with recruiting campaigns

· Coordinate listings from listing appointment to contract to purchase

· Coordinate closings from contract to close for both listings and buyers

· Knowledge of CRMs...and the ability to learn CRM on your own

· Assist new construction clients with selections

· Create and manage new construction work orders and change orders

· This person would be the brokers' right-hand person!

· This is NOT a work-from-home position, looking for a self-starter that enjoys coming to the office.

· Ensure file compliance for the office broker by sending completed listing agreements, sellers’ disclosures, and other documents

· Present progress reports to the real estate team that include all sales activity in the client database and how the data relates to company goals

· Sell homes quickly by maintaining the listings on social media and in MLS to provide excellent customer satisfaction

· Prepare all listing information including property photography, pre-listing presentations, comparative market analysis, and online research for each property on the MLS database

· Organize the showing schedule and communicate with other agents to understand the showing best practices and how to increase homes sold

Qualifications

· A Real Estate License is a plus but not required

· MLS (Realcomp) experience is a must

· Must be able to handle different personalities without internalizing

· Must have solid experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

· Must be comfortable with Social Media for marketing purposes

· Must have a positive outlook and attitude

· Ability to learn on your own

· High school diploma or equivalent required, college experience preferred

· Easily navigates basic computer programs and can create clear spreadsheets using Excel

· Experience in real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages is preferred

· Passionate about serving people and providing a great customer service experience

· Capable of communicating effectively in both writing and in person

Compensation $45,000+ yearly
