Hanging with the Sports Radio Guys

Steve Courtney and Art Regner each have closely watched the Detroit sports scene for decades as veteran journalists and radio personalities. Steve and Art, both Livonia residents, will come together for one night to share their observations about the Lions, Tigers, Red Wings, and Pistons, as well as the football and basketball teams at the University of Michigan and Michigan State University. They will share some behind-the-scenes stories and answer audience questions.

Steve Courtney is the sports director for WJR-AM, the flagship radio station for Detroit Lions football and MSU athletics. Art Regner has been a longtime sports radio personality and currently works as an editorial assistant for the Detroit Red Wings’ website.

The Livonia Chamber of Commerce is proud to present this unique business networking event. Come and enjoy this after-work gathering, featuring Steve and Art, who will share a few laughs and insights into our local sports teams. Admission includes appetizers and soft drinks. There will be a cash bar.
