Office Operations Assistant

We seek a full-time, day-shift Office Operations Assistant. Are you a accommodating individual who enjoys a team-driven environment? Warm and friendly professional who functions best in a variety-filled workplace where you reprioritize as conditions change?

This position offers a quality-driven role that will inspire and reward a conscientious person. In this role, you will:
* Build relationships with our customers and make them loyal fans.
* Answer queries and concerns via email, phone, and text, following up and keeping track of communications.
* Schedule appointments, gather necessary details, and keep our CRM software updated with customer information.
* Work with our Operations Manager on tasks such as marketing campaigns, organizing files and documents, project coordination, and keeping the office running smoothly.
* As needed, attend networking events and educational seminars to represent us and keep your skills fresh.
 
Typical hours from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. A college degree is preferred. Benefits after 90 days. Pay is 30-40k / year depending on experience. Residents of the Detroit Metro area only. Relocation packages are not available.
